Exchange, Return and Withdrawal Policy

We work to make you fully satisfied with our services. But if for any reason you want to cancel the purchase, you must ask us within seven calendar days from the date of payment confirmation. The request must be made by email at heraldoregis@yahoo.com.br, containing the order number and name of the person responsible for the purchase. We will then send you an email confirming the chargeback on your card, made on the card invoice.
After this time, if you decide to cancel your booking 168 hours (seven days) prior your arrival, you'll be reimbursed by 40% of the paid amount. After this period, there will be no refunds.
Warranty Conditions:
Our guarantee ONLY covers products purchased through the heraldoregis@yahoo.com.br online store, upon presentation of confirmation emails, purchase code and proof of payment.
